Our Story
About Custom Cleaning
Metro Detroit's trusted commercial cleaning partner for over a decade. We show up, we do the work, and we do it right.
Who We Are
Built on Reliability
Custom Cleaning was founded on a simple belief: businesses deserve a cleaning partner they can actually count on. No missed visits, no excuses, no shortcuts.
Over the past 10+ years we've grown from a single crew serving local offices to a full-service commercial cleaning company trusted by 200+ clients across Metro Detroit — from small professional offices to large industrial facilities.
Every member of our team is background-checked, trained to our standards, and takes pride in the work. When you hire Custom Cleaning, you get the same crew, the same quality, every time.
Reliability First
We show up on schedule, every time. If something changes, we communicate proactively — not after the fact.
Trained Professionals
Every crew member is background-checked, uniformed, and trained on our cleaning protocols before their first job.
Bonded & Insured
Full liability coverage and bonding protects your business. You're never exposed when our team is on-site.
Consistent Quality
We assign dedicated crews to each account so you get the same faces, the same standards, and the same results every visit.
Detroit Rooted
We're a Metro Detroit business serving Metro Detroit businesses. We know this market, and we're invested in its success.
No Long-Term Lock-In
We earn your business every visit. Flexible contract terms mean you stay because the service is great — not because you're stuck.
